For my friend and her waiting
Waiting
like a salmon back to sea
to bear our seeds
in the home of our dreams
Waiting
to cross the street of our tomorrow
not knowing when the magic light
turns green
Waiting
at the bus stop of life
for the silver bus to take us
to the silver place
Waiting
like a silkworm
to have our silk spread out
spinned into beautiful clothes
Waiting, waiting, waiting
I know how that feelswaiting for that day
when everything is ok
Dear friend
you show me how strong waiting is
when I read your words, your feelings
when I listen to you speak
I know waiting is possible
